CLIC Apartments is a small family business based in central Cambridge. Our growing reputation is built on guest recommendation, and we pride ourselves in providing a personal quality service. Our aim is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.
The accommodation we offer consists of a range of prestigious and luxurious apartments, ideal for a self-catering holiday, situated in premier Cambridge city locations. Guests include business clients, academics, holiday makers and families relocating to Cambridge.
We offer two self catering holiday bungalows, and a select group of 2-bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments for 6 month rental. The properties are personally managed to an extremely high standard by the owners.
Holiday Bungalows - there are two superb serviced, fully furnished four-star (English Tourist Board) self catering holiday bungalows within the scheme. They offer superior accommodation, located adjacent to the University of Cambridge 40 acre Botanical Gardens. They are in an excellent location; approximately 1 mile from Kings College and the City centre, only a short walk to the railway station, providing easy access to London, and close to local bus stops. Mr and Mrs Caruana are usually available throughout your stay to assist in any way they can. Utterly perfect for any self catering holiday.

Six Month Rental Apartments - these two-bedroom first floor apartments are available at various times of the year. They are situated in prime locations, with easy access to the City, railway station, and Addenbrookes hospital. Flat 7 Hartington House and 9 Brooklands Court are fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. 35 Ravensworth Gardens is unfurnished, but includes carpets, curtains, light fittings and white goods (fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven)
