This self-contained Bungalow is decorated and furnished and fitted to an extremely high standard and offers the following accommodation.

The hallway has a built-in cloaks/storage cupboard, cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin.

Lounge/dining room is L-shaped with 2 sofas, lamp, tables, coffee table, TV and DVD recorder, music centre with CD, radio and cassette player. Patio doors to own patio with garden table and chairs. Communal garden. Dining room has pine dining table and four chairs.

A newly re-fitted kitchen with a range of oak units, tiled walls and floor. There is an electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, automatic washing machine/clothes dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All utensils including cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc are provided.
