  • What happens on arrival?

    After booking, Mrs Caruana will e-mail you the passcode to obtain the key. If you use this to access the PIN activated safety depostit box located on the outside of the front door. If your arrival is within normal office hours, you will normally be greeted at the premises and given a short tour around.

  • What happens at the end of my stay?

    Please ensure that all windows and doors are shut and locked, and equipment is switched off, and the apartment is left in the same condition as it was found. The cost of any breakages or damage will be taken out of the £75 deposit, and the remainder returned. Please feel free to sign and leave a comment in the guestbook at the premises, or on our site. Your comments may be quoted on our website.

  • What do I do with the keys when I come to leave?

    Simply lock the front door, and leave the front door key in the PIN activated safety deposit box, and change the numbers to random selection numbers

  • What facilities do you offer?

    Each holiday property is fully furnished and equipped to four-star standard, including: crockery, cutlery, cooking utencils, bedding. Appliances included: dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, TV and DVD player. Equipment for the hard of hearing is available free of charge by prior arrangement. Additional single bed, travel cot and cot bedding is available on request for a small additional weekly charge. Telephone: There is a weekly rental charge, and all itemised calls will be charged to your account.
